If you are not satisfied with your plant purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below. This policy applies to purchases made through our website.
2. Eligibility
- Plants must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.
- Returns are accepted for damaged items, incorrect orders, or plants that arrive in poor health.
- Returns for change of mind may be accepted at our discretion, subject to plant condition.
3. How to Start a Return
Contact us at info@preciouscarehand.cv or via contact form. Please include your order details and a photo if damaged.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued after we receive and verify the returned plant meets our return criteria.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges may be possible depending on stock and plant condition.
6. Return Shipping
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item was damaged on arrival.
7. Exceptions
- No returns for custom, clearance, or heavily discounted plants unless damaged.
